This document outlines the Terms and Conditions for using services provided by Henotic Diagnostics. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Henotic Diagnostics is a **managed marketplace** that facilitates connections between patients and verified, accredited diagnostic centers in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. We are a facilitator, **not a direct medical provider**. Our services are limited to facilitating the comparison and booking of diagnostic tests and related administrative services. We partner with accredited third-party diagnostic labs and centers (“Partner Labs”) to offer these services.

2. Scope of Services

Henotic Diagnostics provides a professional, transparent platform emphasizing appointment booking for diagnostic tests as the primary service. Our platform enables:

Comparison and Booking: Comparing prices and booking real-time slots for a comprehensive range of diagnostic tests.
General Diagnostics: Facilitating appointments for blood tests, imaging scans (e.g., CT, MRI, PET, and DEXA bone scans), and full-body health check-ups.
Cardiac Diagnostics: Including ECG, 2D Echo, TMT, Holter monitoring, and stress echo.
Women’s Health & Pregnancy: Including obstetric ultrasound, anomaly scans, TVS scans, NT scans, mammography, HSG, SSG, follicular studies, and prenatal screenings (NIPT, NIPS, ANC profiles).
Other Specialties: Facilitating booking for sexual health testing and other specialized diagnostics.
Value-Added Services: Arranging home blood sample collections and managing corporate health programs.

3. Patient Responsibilities

Medical Consultation: You are solely responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns, diagnoses, or treatment plans.
Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal and medical information required for booking.
Compliance: You must comply with all instructions and guidelines provided by the Partner Labs, including preparation instructions for your specific test.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Third-Party Services: Henotic Diagnostics is a facilitator. We are not liable for the quality of services, accuracy of reports, or any malpractice or negligence on the part of the Partner Labs. Disputes regarding the diagnostic service itself must be addressed directly with the respective Partner Lab.
No Restricted Claims: We exclude any restricted health claims, unverifiable promises, or misleading benefits. We do not imply that Henotic Diagnostics directly treats, diagnoses, or cures diseases.
Liability: Henotic Diagnostics, its founders, and employees are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform or the services of our Partner Labs.

5. Pricing and Payments (Adhering to Dishonest Pricing Policy)

Transparency: We clearly and conspicuously disclose the full payment model and total expense before and after purchase.
Convenience Fee: We charge a small, transparent convenience fee for operational and administrative services, which is part of the total disclosed expense.
No Hidden Conditions: Advertised prices will match actual purchase costs without hidden conditions. We prohibit bait-and-switch tactics.
Partner Lab Charges: The core test fees are determined by our Partner Labs. We strive for accurate representation but are not responsible for changes made by Partner Labs.

6. Prohibited Business Practices (Strict Compliance)

To maintain Google Guidelines Compliance and operational integrity, the following practices are strictly prohibited:

Misrepresentation & Scamming: Never misrepresent services, partnerships, licenses, or hide operational details.
False Affiliations: Do not claim false endorsement, partnership, or certification unless official and verifiable.
Unlicensed Services: Never promote services that Henotic Diagnostics cannot provide or which lack valid licenses, approvals, or accreditations.
False Healthcare Claims: Avoiding any unproven, unsafe, or sensational medical claims. We do not suggest we offer treatments or cures.
Impersonation & Identity Misuse: Never impersonate another brand, business, or authority.
Phishing & Data Misuse: Never use deceptive tactics to obtain personal/sensitive data or mimic trusted entities (banks, authorities) for data collection.

7. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
