1. Sample Collection for NIPS Test
A small blood sample is collected from the pregnant mother (after 10 weeks gestation). Significantly, this sample contains cell-free fetal DNA (cffDNA).
2. DNA Extraction & Sequencing
First, the fetal DNA is isolated in our advanced lab. Subsequently, NGS technology is used to sequence millions of DNA fragments to detect abnormalities.
3. NIPS Data Analysis & Report
Bioinformatics software analyzes the sequence data. A detailed and accurate report is generated within 5–14 days and shared confidentially with your doctor and you.
